Active Older Adults

Today, older adults are more health conscious than ever before. The YMCA offers seniors the opportunity to maintain a healthy lifestyle, healthy relationships and a positive outlook on life. Active older adults live longer and have better functional conditioning. That is why the YMCA offers water exercise, yoga, walking clubs stretching and toning classes, volunteer opportunities, and social events.

This class is for everyone but especially enjoyed by our active older adults who love to dance.  It is great for all fitness levels and will increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as agility, strength, flexibility and coordination.
